Sandra Myers

Co-founder of MCMI, Sandra started the company 29 years ago and is responsible for Accounting and Bookkeeping. She and her husband, Don, have two grown children: Hunter (wife Courtney) and Lindsay (husband Jake), three granddaughters Quinn, Abigail, Naomi and grandson Luke. In her spare time Sandra enjoys reading, riding her bike, spending time with family, traveling, and cheering on the Colts and Boilermakers. 

Don Myers

Co-founder of MCMI, Don started the company 29 years ago and is a Project Manager, Estimator, and Marketing Specialist. Don enjoys spending time with his wife, Sandra, and two grown children along with their spouses, three granddaughters and grandson. When not managing projects or out on a jobsite, Don is an avid home brewer of Big D's Brew and enjoys tailgating for Colts and Purdue football games. Don played football at Purdue from 1978-1981. 

Steve Ferguson

Steve has been with MCMI for 27 years as a Project Manager, Estimator, and Marketing Director. He and his wife Sally have one son, Riley, and two daughters: Rachael and Reece. In his spare time he enjoys spending time at his lake house with friends and family, coaching his kids in sports, hunting, and fishing. Boiler Up!

Courtney Myers

Courtney has been with MCMI for 6 years as an accounting specialist. She and her husband Hunter have one daughter, Quinn. In her spare time she enjoys kayaking, camping, hiking and playing board games.

Chad Arnold

Chad has been with MCMI for 17 years as a Project Coordinator and Estimator. He and his wife, Alicyn, have three boys: Xavier, Drake, and Baylor. In his spare time he enjoys bowling, basketball, and attending Purdue football and basketball games.

Jason Lovell

Jason has been with MCMI for 28 years as a Project Superintendent and a Carpenter. He and his wife Lori have two grown children Mitchell and Bailey as well as one grandson, Preston. In his spare time he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
